The gasoline-powered water pump should be prepared before running, which can effectively exert the good performance of the water pump and prolong the service life of the water pump.
Before running the pump, make preparations for inspection and cleaning:
(1)Open all valves (except pressure gauge valve and vacuum gauge valve), and purge the entire pipeline system with compressed air.
(2) Check whether the bolts and connectors of each part are loose, and tighten the loose parts.
(3) Rotate the coupling by hand to make the pump rotor rotate several times to check whether the unit is flexible, whether there is sound and unevenness, and whether there is foreign matter in the pump or the shaft is bent, the installation and sealing are correct, and the packaging is soft. Is it too tight and so on.
(4) Check the steering of the unit, and disconnect the coupling when checking to avoid the pump idling and dry grinding.
(5)  Check whether the quality and quantity of lubricating oil of the bearing meet the requirements.
(6)  Check whether the washing liquid pool is clean and whether there is a certain liquid level.
(7)  Remove debris from the pump set.
